Coaching Sessions


Coaching sessions are offered in blocks of four sessions each.
We recommend three blocks (or 12 sessions) to achieve maximum value out of the coaching sessions.



What is Coaching?

• Coaching is about bringing positive change in one’s personal and professional life by developing emotional intelligence and conscious awareness of those areas that are blocking them from peak performance.

• Our coaching focuses on helping participants learn in a way that lets them keep growing afterward. It is based on asking thought-provoking questions rather than telling and giving direction.

• We work together with the participant to understand and hold them accountable for reaching the goals that they have set for themselves.
