TYGES announces first Managing Partner

VA based TYGES International continues the pursuit to improve their client’s experience in talent acquisition as they announce their first Managing Partner, Matt Dionne.

Founded in 2002 , TYGES has had 1,000+ successful placements within the Industrial Manufacturing and Healthcare industries. Matt Dionne will be leading this practice utilizing his 25 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing space with companies such as WireCo WorldGroup, Norsk Hydro, Siemens and Cooper Industries. Prior to the creation of TYGES Elite, Matt was the COO at WireMattCo responsible for global operations approaching $1 Billion in sales.

Matt’s extensive business skills include go-to-market strategy, value proposition, sales execution, margin management, manufacturing & operational excellence, M&A, and Lean manufacturing. Matt has led manufacturing organizations in a variety of industries including Automotive, Machinery & Capital Equipment, Consumer Durables, Metals, and Electrical Components. Matt also has global experience leading firms in North America and Europe, with both public and private equity backed businesses.

When Matt was asked why the change, he stated, “Unfortunately, I have had some poor experiences with the performance of some of the largest search firms. As a result, I have decided to join TYGES International to create a flexible and effective process that will improve upon the shortcomings of the search industry as we currently know it.”
