Built Hope

In 2015, we shared a story about how our company joined efforts to build an orphanage for 200 kids in Kenya.  Read the whole story Building Hope.

In a nutshell, we joined a local church in an effort to raise a total of $105,000 for this Kenya - Orphanage2orphanage to be built.  To do our part, we pledged $100 for every person that we placed with one of our clients during 2015.  At TYGES, of course we are focused on executing our processes and systems that have been built for well over a decade to bring our clients the the top performers they need to dominate their niche; however, more important than that, we are focused on “WHY” we do what we do.

We are thankful for our clients, for the folks we talk to everyday, and for our team here at TYGES for making this vision a reality.  Our goal was a success and the total $105,00 was raised.  Here at TYGES, we were able to give $12,500.

Kenya - Final1Doing what we do everyday helped to create this building that brought a smile to a child’s face (200 to be exact). These kids had no place to go or sleep.  Knowing that this building will provide shelter and “hope” to these kids fuels our passion to do what we do everyday.

In 2015, we were able to help folks right here in our community with other projects and also make an impact on the other side of the world with this effort.  Kenya - Final2

We will never know where this ripple effect will end; we just know, it’s what we are called to do.

This year, TYGES has joined 3eRestoration that addresses the Five-Fold Reality of Poverty and Brokenness™ and equips and empowers anyone or any faith community compelled to serve others living through homelessness or extreme poverty to be able do so in a highly relational and meaningful way.

We look forward to sharing with you how we are #GivingBack with this effort and others, making a positive impact, as we live out our mission.  We welcome your feedback as we continue to make an impact in our local community and throughout the world.  Share your story with us by using the following hashtag #GivingBack.  You can learn more about TYGES at, on Twitter @TYGESInt, or here on our blog.

Our mission is simple:

We’re here to make good things happen to other people.
